What We Offer

We offer the rich variety of South Asian, Middle Eastern, and other international cuisines for you to enjoy at your table, and our shelves carry the spices, basic food items, and special products that enable cooking at home to feel just like home, regardless of where "home" is.

We have also demonstrated our expertise in halal meats, which we obtain from suppliers that we know and trust, so that families can buy with confidence and prepare meals which respect their traditions and beliefs.

Our Story

The Eastern Food Market was started in 1999 by a father and three sons based on a simple idea which was a small shop devoted to providing the community with authentic cultural food and halal meats. Although it has since developed into stores, our origins and our values have always remained the same.

For more than 25 years our family has been working together, establishing relationships with reliable and genuine suppliers and gaining a true understanding of what it means to look after our neighbors. All the decisions we take, whether it is about the products we carry or the suppliers we partner with, is based on the same dedication that was behind opening our shop all those years ago.
